MusicPlayer is a music player in LittleBigPlanet 3 developed by Billy Anderson and BicoastalClock and published by Trixel Creative.

The MusicPlayer originally launched on the 24th of December 2014, but was subsequently re-published on the 28th of December 2014 due to the PlayStation Network DDoS attacks of 2014 diminishing the initial exposure of the device.

The MusicPlayer Hub was made unavailable on July 24, 2015 to the public to prepare for future alterations to the line. The Hub was made available again without any changes on the 6th of November 2015 in order to benefit from the success of Traffic Panic 2: Road Rage!, which became a Team Pick, but was subsequently made unavailable on the 9th of November 2016.

The MusicPlayer was advertised at Tri-Expo 2016 with a release date of 2017, and again at Tri-Expo 2017 with the same release date teased.

The MusicPlayer was eventually re-released on the 9th of January 2019 with the MusicStore, with limited backwards compatibility to earlier revisions. The MusicPlayer received a positive reception, with both the Hub level and the MusicStore being Team Picked on January 11, 2019.
